Future Skills seeks an experienced quality and compliance professional to lead our Quality Assurance function. Reporting to the Academic and Quality Director, you'll own NZQA programme approval, accreditation and consent to assess, and implement our academic quality strategy across programmes and campuses.

You'll run the self-review cycle under iQAF, coordinate moderation, and build quality capability within academic teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary degree (postgraduate an advantage).
• Proven quality assurance or academic compliance experience in NZ tertiary sector.
• Track record with NZQA approval, accreditation and consent to assess.
• Strong knowledge of NZQA Rules and the iQAF framework.
• Experience running internal moderation and leading organisational self-review.

Responsabilités

• Manage NZQA and ISB applications including approval, accreditation, micro-credentials, consent to assess, accurately and on time.
• Lead the annual TEO self-review, improvement plan and NZQA discussion under iQAF.
• Run internal moderation and coordinate national external moderation.
• Lead the annual programme review, using achievement data, moderation results and learner/employer feedback.
• Coach academic and programme development staff on quality, assessment and moderation.
• Build strong working relationships with NZQA, TEC and ISBs, and report on compliance.
