Qualifications

• Proven experience in office administration, databases and coordination supporting a manager and team.
• Experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
• Experience working in a medium to large complex organisation or government agency.
• Intermediate skills in the MS Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential day-to-day administrative support and coordination to the regional health protection team.
• Support emergency responses and local administration activities as needed.
• Engage with stakeholders and network across NPHS Te Waipounamu regional teams.
