Job summary

APM New Zealand is seeking Psychologists to join ACC services across assessment and treatment pathways, including mental injury and neuropsychological assessments and evidence-based treatment across Pain, Concussion and TI.

Opportunities exist in Queenstown and Dunedin with full or part-time arrangements. Roles cover both assessment-only and treatment-delivery, with collegial, multidisciplinary support and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NZPB accredited Master’s degree or higher in Psychology.
• NZ Psychologists Board registration with current APC.
• Strong formulation, documentation and MDT collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide high quality, evidence-based talking therapies (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT).
• Complete and deliver high quality clinical assessments and reports.

Responsibilities

• Engage in evidence-based talking therapies (e.g., CBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and reports.
• Collaborate within MDT and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support flexible roles across assessment and treatment pathways.
