The Client:

Our client is one of Christchurch's leading small, boutique practices with expertise in residential and commercial property. The team is lean, busy and passionate.

Servicing a loyal, high-profile client base since their establishment, the work referred through the door is only increasing so we have an opportunity for an intermediate level solicitor to come onboard.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have had an excellent start in their property practice (loosely 2+ PQE), with strong technical training under the belt.

The work you will have the chance to be involved with is largely concerned with large scale and long-term development projects, and subdivisions work for a portfolio of private clients who have substantial financial backing and scope. Understanding of processes involved here is key.

You will also have the opportunity to work across more Estate & Asset Planning as well as Relationship Property matters, giving your skillset that extra edge!
