This team is known for its involvement in New Zealand’s most significant commercial, infrastructure, and development projects, acting for major corporates, offshore investors, and institutional clients. You’ll advise on a diverse range of complex matters, including commercial leasing, large-scale acquisitions and disposals, subdivisions, and hotel, forestry, and agribusiness transactions.
