NZSIR North Limited is seeking a Property Photographer & Videographer / Editor to produce complete media packages for property listings. You will handle interior/exterior photography, cinematic videography, drone content, and post-production editing.

You’ll primarily be responsible for producing complete media packages for our property listings.
This includes:
Professional interior and exterior property photography
Cinematic property videography
Drone photography and videography
Agent walkthrough and social media content
Editing and colour grading photography
Editing property videos and short-form social content
Preparing and exporting final assets for digital and marketing use
Managing footage, project files and media delivery
Working directly with agents and our internal marketing/media team
Travelling to properties across Auckland and, when required, Northland
You’ll be expected to confidently manage a shoot independently, understand how to showcase a property effectively and deliver finished work within tight turnaround times.

You’ll be expected to confidently manage a shoot independently, understand how to showcase a property effectively and deliver finished work within tight turnaround times.
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and highly efficient.
You should have:
Strong photography and videography skills
Experience shooting interiors, architecture, property or similar content
Strong understanding of composition, lighting and camera movement
Professional editing experience
Confidence using Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom/Photoshop or equivalent professional software
Experience operating a gimbal
Experience shooting and editing drone content
A strong eye for cinematic but natural property imagery
The ability to work independently and make creative decisions on location
Excellent organisation and file management
The ability to work to deadlines and maintain consistent quality across a high volume of work
A full New Zealand driver's licence and reliable transport
A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant photography and video work will be essential.
