Overview

Harcourts Manurewa is a leading provider of residential property management services in the Manurewa and greater Auckland area. Based in Manurewa, Auckland, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties and driving business growth within the local market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and win new property management business (owners, landlords)
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks (strata, developers, local businesses, etc.)
  • Work with current landlords to up-sell/cross-sell services, maintain renewals & reduce attrition
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate high-quality leads, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Provide excellent service & presentation to potential clients; conduct site visits and proposals
  • Monitor performance metrics (rent roll growth, lead conversion, customer satisfaction, etc.) and report to the Principal
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in residential property management, with a minimum of 1-2 years\' experience
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with relevant real estate legislation and a sound understanding of the local property market
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
  • A valid driver\'s licence
