Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced property manager for a short-term temporary contract in Wellington. Overview

We are looking for an experienced property manager, who can hit the ground running in this short-term temporary contract. This is a small team, who work together to solve problems and deliver to deadlines. This team looks after property, facilities management as well as finances, in-house. We are ideally looking for a candidate who will fit into a social, motivated team with experience in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties based in Wellington, Upper and Lower Hutt and Porirua
• Assist with facilities management, organising contractors and acting as first point of contact
• Adhoc administrative support to renovation projects as required
• Negotiate lease settlements, assist with managing BWOFs, property compliance
• General customer contact and relationship building

Qualifications / We Are Looking For

• 5+ years experience working in commercial property and facilities management
• Strong knowledge of the property and facilities sector, with a good ability to operate sole-charge
• An ability to hit the ground running in a short-term assignment
• Available to start immediately and work for at least three months with no holidays
