Property Inspector - Pre Purchase Part Time

We are an established, well-regarded pre-purchase property inspection business with a small team of part-time inspectors.

We're looking for a licensed building practitioner (LBP) with current registration and preferably a member of BOINZ or NZIBI. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the residential building sector, thorough knowledge of Queenstown Lakes region homes and construction techniques, and be computer savvy.

• Commit to 1-3 jobs per week
• Reliability, thoroughness, and a high level of accuracy are essential
• Honesty, integrity, and good presentation are required as you will be visiting people's homes

This is a contractor position, not an employee role, and may suit a full-time, part-time, or semi-retired tradesperson. You will need your own vehicle and some equipment, including a laser level, smartphone camera, iPad, Trotec T660 moisture meter, and a ladder. We will provide some training as required.
