Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the built environment? We’re looking for a client-side / consultancy Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects in Hamilton.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery—from planning and design through to construction, handover, and close-out
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve high quality, on-time outcomes
  • Control budgets, schedules, and scope, ensuring projects stay on track
  • Oversee contract administration, risk mitigation, and quality assurance processes
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record in project management roles, ideally in commercial, mixed-use, industrial, healthcare
  • Strong technical understanding of how buildings go together
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Competency in contract administration, risk management, and financial control
