This role is based in the Bay of Plenty, servicing the Central North Island. We are seeking an intermediate-level project manager with mechanical or fabrication experience.

Qualifications & experience

• Relevant degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
• Proven track record in complex project delivery and relationship management
• Minimum of five years of project management experience
• Experience in industrial or complex industry project management, engineering, or construction management is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop, with the project sponsor, a clear definition of the project and its requirements
• Manage the project team and deliverables for effective project delivery
• Manage stakeholders, including contracts, procurement, engineers, construction teams, and asset owners, to achieve project outcomes
• Work with a passionate team that is skilled and enjoys what they do
• Ability to work remotely
• Lead exciting projects with some of New Zealand's most recognized companies in the energy and industrial sectors
