They are now looking for an intermediate to senior level project manager that ideally has verticalproject experience in PM consultancy.
The role will see you being supported by a senior project manager and with appropriate mentoring, typically you will need to be able to:
As a project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 5+years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health, education, utilities and rail. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.
Salary $120K - $130K Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
