You will manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery from inception to handover. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in building design or construction, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a relevant qualification. Central Government and/or Local Government Authority experience will be well regarded. Working Knowledge of NZ 3910–2013 and NZ 3916 form of contracts would also be an advantage.
