Randstad is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a fixed-term assignment based in Wellington. The role will lead projects from business readiness through to design, development and delivery of core systems, with a term to June 2027.

• Experience in Payments space, Business Case writing and building a team.
• Experience delivering complex business, technology, or transformation projects within a structured project management environment.
• Bring strong project planning, governance, financial management, and risk management capability.
• Have experience working across both business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Are skilled at managing competing priorities, dependencies, and project delivery challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
• Bring strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a proactive approach to delivery.

Project Manager - Fixed-Term role

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects that support business and technical outcomes across the organization. It would range from getting business groups ready for the change through to design, development and delivery of the organisation's core systems. This will be a Fixed-Term role till June 2027 and based in Wellington.

Responsibilities include:
