Own the project. Create delivery certainty. Build what comes next.

At ACON Industries, we're building more than roads and infrastructure. We're building future people, future leaders and stronger communities.

We're looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership from project acceptance through to closeout. Someone who can bring clarity to complexity, build strong customer relationships, keep projects commercially under control and make sure our delivery teams have everything they need to succeed.

This role isn't about sitting behind a programme tracking dates. It's about creating delivery certainty, maintaining commercial control and helping our teams deliver work we're proud of.

About the RolE

You'll be responsible for converting accepted opportunities into controlled delivery outcomes by managing planning, customer communication, procurement, programme development, commercial performance and project closeout.

You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, estimators, supervisors and delivery teams to make sure projects are properly planned, ready to execute and commercially successful.

Our values are pretty simple

Forward Facing - We're building something that lasts.

Act With Humility - No big egos. Just good people doing good work.

  • Monitoring project performance, forecasts, costs and recovery actions.

  • Have real impact
  • You'll play a key role in shaping project outcomes, customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Be trusted to lead
  • We're not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We're looking for someone who can think ahead, communicate clearly and take ownership.

  • You'll probably have experience in:
  • Commercial and contract management.
  • Programme planning and delivery control.
  • Procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Customer and stakeholder management.

  • Variation and claims management.
  • Operational planning and resource coordination.
