We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Dunedin-based team as a Project Manager. Project Management Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning throughto completion across the Dunedin & wider Otagoregion.
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and personnel to deliver on schedule and within scope.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and integrity within project teams.
Essential Skills and Experience for Project Management
  • Previous project management experience within civil construction or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and contractual administration.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.
