Successful candidates will provide leadership to project teams, manage daily operations, and strive for operational excellence by ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maintaining the highest quality standards, with the aim of exceeding client expectations.
Required qualifications include an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Candidates should have at least 2+ years of experience leading global clinical trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company. Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, team coordination, and familiarity with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions are essential. More senior roles such as Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director require additional years of experience.
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving skills, strategic vision, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
