The Project Leadership function at Parexel plays a critical role in driving success for our clients and advancing clinical research projects. As part of the Global Project Leadership organization, your work directly impacts projects, teams, and clients, contributing to the delivery of benefits to patients.

Parexel's Biotech Division offers opportunities for experienced Project Management professionals with a strong background in managing global clinical trials across various therapeutics, including Oncology, Rare Disease, and Gene-Cell Therapy. This group focuses on supporting Biotech clients with tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. This is an excellent opportunity for industry professionals who value flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills to support this specialized client base.

We currently have Home-Based Biotech Project Leadership roles at all levels, designed to match your experience and career aspirations. Successful candidates will provide leadership to project teams, manage daily operations, and strive for operational excellence through timely delivery within budget and quality standards, aiming to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field (advanced degree preferred), with at least 2+ years of experience leading global clinical trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company. Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, team coordination, and familiarity with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions are required. More senior roles, such as Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director, require additional experience.

Ideal candidates exhibit flexibility, problem-solving abilities, strategic vision, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Employment is contingent upon disclosure of COVID-19 vaccination status and proof of vaccination if applicable.
