The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be integral to the successful execution of projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure that project tasks are effectively coordinated and executed. This role combines engineering design, project management, and site coordination to deliver successful outcomes in line with our business goals.

  • Design & Drafting: Develop detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings for mechanical and structural systems.
  • Project Engineering: Oversee technical execution, collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, and resolve issues during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage projects with budgets ranging from $200K–$1.5M. Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant trade qualification or degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on proven experience in project engineering or management, ideally within a material handling or similar related industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Products) and MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, designs, and project specifications.
  • Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Full and valid driver’s license.
