We manage a suite of capital and non-routine maintenance projects through a dedicated onsite team, supported by specialists across our regional offices.We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join this driven, collaborative, and supportive site based team. No two days will be the same - your work will span a variety of engineering and project tasks, providing you with ongoing learning and challenge.In this role, you will:* Take responsibility for a range of engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity, with guidance from senior staff.* Apply relevant engineering standards, procedures, and good practice. + Use sound theoretical knowledge to analyse, interpret, and progress standard technical matters.* Assist in preparing accurate documentation that meets required quality and delivery standards.* Work proactively to achieve team and project goals, contributing effectively in meetings and day-to-day activities.* Provide quality service to internal and external clients, escalating issues or enquiries appropriately.* Communicate positively and effectively with team members, managers, and clients - keeping people well informed on progress and timelines.* Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures, meeting the documented responsibilities of your role.* Collaborate with colleagues, sharing workload and supporting others as needed.Kinleith is adjacent to Tokoroa, in the heart of New Zealand’s forest industry.
