Project Coordinator - Migration

Te Tūranga - The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Migration (Fixed Term to cover Parental Leave) to offer logistical, administrative, and coordination support to the PSN LMR migration team. This diverse role will involve interaction with the (Public Safety Network) PSN project team, Manufacturing, Finance, and external Tait Service Partners (TSPs).

The duties of the role will include:

  • Manage customer orders by entering them into Tait's SAP system and coordinating with planners and finished goods teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist the migration team in monitoring and tracking the status of TSP vehicle and fixed station installations.
  • Maintain regular communication with TSPs, addressing enquiries, and actively seeking ways to enhance our delivery processes.
  • Handle purchasing and invoice payments using Tait systems, including SAP.
  • Organise, attend, record minutes, and follow up on actions for project team meetings.
  • Arrange project events, including venue booking and catering.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Ensure our commitment to respond within 24 hours by promptly updating or resolving issues.
