About the role

We’re on the hunt for a Project Coordinator to join our team and help keep our customer and capital projects running smoothly on time, on budget, and to a high standard. If you like variety, problem-solving, and being at the heart of project delivery, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Supporting Project Managers and Trainee PMs through the full project lifecycle.
  • Handling forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing tasks.
  • Managing purchase orders, goods receipting, and expense claims.
  • Being the go-to for customer and client information requests.
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing and compliance requirements.
  • Keeping tools, equipment, and major plant management on track.
  • Following up on customer enquiries and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Assisting with basic CAD tasks and project documentation.
About you
  • Experience in a similar role where you’ve juggled multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong project and financial administration skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Class 1 Full Driver’s Licence.
  • Industry knowledge would be a bonus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
