We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable Project Compliance Co‑ordinator to provide technical administrative support to our Compliance Laboratory and wider compliance teams. This is a unique opportunity to work within our internationally accredited laboratory, supporting the compliance activities that enable Tait products to be sold across global markets. Working closely with engineers, product development teams, external test laboratories, and regulatory bodies, you will help coordinate compliance programmes and ensure testing, certification, and documentation activities are delivered efficiently and accurately. The role combines project coordination, compliance administration, stakeholder management, and technical documentation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects while utilising your expertise in radio communications compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and technical documentation.
  • Sound judgement, initiative, and a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
  • A collaborative working style and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • A strong commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work.
