We are now seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with internal and external parties to ensure deadlines are met
  • Preparing and submitting all required building consents
  • Assisting with design administration tasks
  • Liaising with councils and other external agencies
  • Following up on actions required & supporting the design team
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ experience in building administration or similar with a customer service background
  • The ability to read plans
  • A high level of commitment to meeting deadlines
  • The ability to multi-task
  • A strong work ethic and desire to achieve results
