Job summary

You will oversee planning and delivery across network, data centre, cloud, and security, guiding governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement in a busy, complex environment.

Our Digital team delivers technology and services that support more than 11,000 staff, frontline operations,partnersand the people we manage across Aotearoa. Weare looking for an experienced Programme Manager - Digital to lead a diverse portfolio ofdigitalinfrastructure andserviceinitiatives that are critical to the safe and effective delivery of Corrections services.

In this role, you will oversee the planning and delivery of projects within the Digital Infrastructure Services programme spanning network connectivity, datacentre, cloud platforms, communication services, cybersecurity and other infrastructure platforms and solutions. Working closely with Product Directors, project teams, vendors, other Programme Managers and senior stakeholders, you will provide leadership across programme governance, financial management, resource planning, risk management and investment delivery.

This is a highly visible role withsignificant influenceacross thedelivery of digital services.DigitalInfrastructureServices are foundationalfor many other applications,productsand serviceswithin the digital portfolio.You will help shape future investmentroadmaps andpriorities, supportprogrammedecision-makingand ensure digital programmes deliver value for frontline operations. To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology programmes, with a strongtrack recordof delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. You will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, influencing diverse stakeholders, and balancing strategic planning with delivery execution. In addition, you will bring:

• Significant experienceleading complex digital technology programmes.
• Strong programme governance,financial management,budgetingand executive reporting capability.
• Experience developingandmaintaininginvestment plans,investmentcases, resourceforecastsand delivery roadmaps.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, operational teams,vendorsand delivery partners.
• Demonstrated experience managing programme risks,dependenciesand competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Outstanding leadership,communicationand relationship management skills, with the ability to guide and support delivery teams in a matrix environment.

The midpoint of the salary range is $182,127 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $154,808 - $218,553 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
