Te Au Reka is a large, complex and unique programme spanning the courts and tribunals of New Zealand. In delivering Te Au Reka we are seeking to build the Ministry's capability to deliver complex programmes of change. As Programme Manager, you will provide leadership across multiple projects and delivery streams for Te Au Reka, ensuring successful delivery of programme outcomes while driving excellence in project and delivery practices.
Leading a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Delivery Leads, you will be responsible for delivery performance, programme assurance, resource management and the overall integrity of delivery reporting. You will act as a centre of excellence for project management and delivery, supporting the successful execution of Te Au Reka's strategic objectives.
This is a role for someone who thrives in complex environments, can confidently lead through ambiguity, and knows how to bring people together to deliver meaningful outcomes.

The salary range for this role is between $149,972 and $206,570, based on skills and experience.
