A leading event management firm is seeking a program/event coordinator in Queenstown, New Zealand. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools is required. The role involves coordinating with partners, compiling data, and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate with internal/external partners and speakers to ensure seamless delivery
Compile data, support reporting, and provide ad-hoc admin assistance
Schedule meetings and take minutes when required
Requirements:
Diploma/Polytechnic graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in programme or event management
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual tools such as Zoom/MS Teams
Positive attitude, strong integrity, and drive for excellence
