We are seeking an experienced programme delivery specialist to lead procurement, contract management, and capital project delivery across Council's transportation programme.
As our subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership in how we procure and contract with third party suppliers, act as Engineers Representative on in-house administered contracts, and project manage Council capital construction projects from planning through to delivery. You will compile works programmes from asset management data, undertake tender evaluations, supervise construction to ensure design requirements are met, process claims, and work across the group to develop and embed best-practice contract management policies and procedures.
