Play a pivotal role in shaping the successful delivery of a high-profile programme.
As the Programme Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of programme management, ensuring seamless coordination and integration across all stages of the programme lifecycle.
Working within the P3M framework, you'll bring together planning, scheduling, governance, reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, and benefits tracking to provide a clear and accurate view of programme performance.
Through the effective application of programme management tools, processes and standards, you'll enable informed decision-making, drive alignment across stakeholders, and support successful delivery in line with NZDF, Defence Estate and All of Government requirements.
This is more than a coordination role. You'll be a key enabler of programme success, providing the structure, oversight and insight that supports effective governance, strategic decision-making, and delivery confidence across a complex and significant programme.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the Future Naval Base programme, supporting projects from concept through to delivery and leaving a lasting legacy on one of New Zealand's most important strategic sites.

The salary for this role ranges from $90,158 to $99,501, inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution. Appointments within this range are based on skills and experience.
