Production Worker

Select Recruitment is looking for motivated individuals to take on a physically demanding role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be handling products manually - lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching are all part of the job - so physical fitness is a must. This particular role is for approx 1month

What You'll Be Doing

• Working efficiently and maintaining high-quality standards
• Lifting items up to 15-20kg regularly
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Working a rotating 4-on / 4-off shift (2 days, 2 nights), 12-hour shifts from 5:45am to 6:00pm/pm to am

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience in manufacturing (ideally food production)
• Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and quality standards
• A team-player attitude and the ability to perform under pressure
• Basic computer skills
