Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks, and forgings. We excel in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings, and hot isostatic pressing for high-performance parts that enable the next generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aero engines and cleaner power generation. Howmet Dover Casting is a world-class supplier of complex, investment-cast turbine airfoils and other components for the aircraft engine and industrial gas turbine industries. Howmet Dover Alloy supplies vacuum and air-melted nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys to aerospace, gas turbine, medical, and other high-technology industrial markets.

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Wax Supervisor on 3rd shift to join our Casting Facility located in Dover, New Jersey.

Anticipated Pay Range: $80K - $100K per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.

Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing Howmet Aerospace's EHS policies and principles
  • Comply with all EH&S regulations
  • Wear required PPE
  • Report illnesses, injuries, and safety concerns
  • Attend EH&S training

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience
  • Ability to access export-controlled items (employment contingent on lawful access)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing supervision experience
  • Knowledge of TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, Kaizen
  • Effective communication, team building, organizational skills, self-motivated
