Tegel Foods Ltd in Christchurch is seeking a Team Coordinator (Process Worker) to oversee the Further Processing department. This full-time role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on planning and coordinating day-to-day activities, extending the Process Worker role into early management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organise and control day-to-day operations.
• Develop and engage with the team and ensure communication to Leaders/Managers.
• Ensure sufficient skill levels to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Engineering to maintain and improve performance.
• Update weekly performance charts and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and standard work.
