This NZ owned and operated chemical manufacturing company , is looking for a hands on Production Supervisor, who can lead a growing team of 15-17 .
As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing plant ensuring maximum productivity and customer targets are achieved.

**What You Bring**

  • 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • A down-to-earth , fresh approach to manufacturing
  • Prior experience leading a team on the floor — shift lead or supervisory role
  • Solid understanding of chemical safety standards
  • Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining safety best practices in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solver mindset with a calm, can-do approach
  • Experience within the detergent industry or a similar manufacturing industry.


Note : A full NZ driver’s license, and a counterbalance / fork hoist license is preferred
