We excel in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings, and hot isostatic pressing for high-performance parts that enable the next generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aero engines and cleaner power generation. Howmet Dover Casting supplies complex, investment-cast turbine airfoils and other components for the aircraft engine and industrial gas turbine industries. Howmet Dover Alloy provides vacuum and air-melted nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys to aerospace, gas turbine, medical, and other high-tech industrial markets.

Position Overview

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Supervisor on 2nd Shift for our Alloy Facility in Dover, New Jersey. The role involves directing and motivating the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely, ensuring scheduling aligns with business and customer needs.

Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Implement Howmet Aerospace's EHS policies and principles.
  • Comply with all EHS regulations.
  • Wear required PPE.
  • Report illnesses and injuries.
