This hands-on role includes leading a team to meet production targets while ensuring health and safety standards. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will see you lead all production activities through effective leadership of your direct reports (team of approx. 10-11). This is a hands-on role working a rotating shift pattern across days/nights/weekends, that will require a combination of line supervision and day-to-day tasks to meet performance targets, product quality and supply, whilst fostering a strong culture of health and safety.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a technical manufacturing environment coupled with strong people leadership skills. In addition to this you will have;
