Overview

Calling all experienced Production Operator to join our Hubbards production team based in Mangere! If you are excited about the new challenge and are passionate about the prospect of driving a strong New Zealand food brand, please get in touch today!

Shift
  • Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday 10.00pm to 6.30am
Qualifications
  • Experience in food or FMCG production or manufacturing.
  • Experience operating machinery safely preferably mixing or similar.
  • A reliable way to get to and from work.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks as required for the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg with appropriate support or equipment.
  • Clear reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English, to ensure safe and accurate work.
  • A focus on safety, with the ability to identify and report hazards.
  • A team-first attitude — you collaborate well and are willing to help where needed.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, balancing efficiency with quality, safety, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • A current forklift licence (reach and/or counterbalance).
