Qualifications

• Experience operating bioreactors, fermentation systems, or other manufacturing equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in biotechnology, manufacturing, food production, brewing, pharmaceuticals, or another process-based industry is beneficial.
• Ability to carefully follow written procedures and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare media and raw materials following established procedures.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain bioreactors and production equipment.
• Execute production batches according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production runs and document process parameters.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Perform routine quality control checks and maintain organized quality control records.
• Ensure equipment and workspaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Identify issues during production and communicate them promptly.
• Help improve production efficiency and manufacturing processes as the company grows.

SpadXTech is developing next-generation sustainable materials using biotechnology. We are looking for a Production Operator / Bioreactor Operator to join our growing team and help scale the production of our biomaterials.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. We're looking for someone who can become a key part of our manufacturing team, someone we can count on every day to keep production running smoothly and reliably.
