DIRECT HIRE TYPE OPPORTUNITY

Pay Rate: $34.99/hr plus $2.20 for shift differential = $37.19/hr

Effective 12/8/25 rate will move up to $36.03 plus $2.20 for shift diff = $38.23/hr

Hours: 11:30 pm – 7:30 am OT avx and DT on 7th day worked

What’s a typical day as a Production Mechanic? You’ll be:

  • Assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance on mold machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Conduct start-up and shut down procedures.
  • Performing in-press mold cleaning and conducting mold installation and removal.
  • Troubleshooting the molding process and all equipment to ensure production requirements are met.
  • Performing quality inspections on all molded components according to ISO work instructions.
  • Completing ISO documentation per work instructions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a strong understanding of the molding process and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, molds, and materials.
  • Possess at least five (5) years of trade experience in a manufacturing environment, with a Vocational Technical School graduate or Trade/Military equivalent.
  • Are physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing work at elevations up to 20 ft.
  • Able to operate crane, pallet jack, and forklift.
