Job summary

Adcam Recruiting Ltd in Opotiki is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy fresh produce packhouse. You will manage a large team across day and night shifts, drive safe work practices, and deliver on deadlines.

Reporting to the site Manager, you will lead improvement projects and ensure product excellence. NZ residency or valid work permit is required.

• Previous production management experience required.
• Fresh produce industry knowledge desirable.
• Robust leadership skills.
• Strong communication and motivation abilities.
• Confident with computer packages and databases.

• Reliable and trustworthy
