Due to growing client demand, we are looking for an experienced Production Designer to be the driving force behind our high-quality output. In this role, you will be the guardian of our clients\' brands, ensuring consistency and excellence in every asset that leaves our studio. This is a pivotal position with clear scope to grow, allowing you to shape our production processes and become an indispensable expert on our creative team.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Own and execute design projects to final delivery across digital, social, video, and print, ensuring every asset is perfectly optimised for its channel.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine and implement brand identity systems, ensuring every campaign is cohesive and powerful.
• Create dynamic content by transforming static ideas into engaging motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia content.
• Expertly juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and creative excellence, even under pressure.

What You\'ll Bring to the Table

• Proven experience with at least five years in a creative agency or design team, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases top-tier design across various industries and formats.
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Experience with Figma is a significant advantage.
• A deep understanding of file setup and preparation for a wide range of formats, including print, digital, video, and motion graphics.
• A meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to pixel-perfect accuracy, ensuring every project is flawless.
• A demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities, troubleshoot problems proactively, and keep a cool head while moving at pace.
