Jack Link's has an exciting opportunity for 2 Production Data Coordinators to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis while we review and streamline our production data administration processes. This role is key to ensuring accurate order information is entered into our systems to enable the efficient and accurate production of our awesome products.

Job Description

How you will contribute to our team:

• By efficiently and accurately entering production orders into various databases for processing
• Reviewing order information and data to understand production performance and inventory accuracy
• Undertaking inventory reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and stock taking
• Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding orders
• Assisting with production reporting
  
  

In this role you will collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics and Production teams to support timely and accurate processing of orders.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Data Entry experience
• Experience working with Production/Manufacturing data
• High level of attention to detail
• Good communication verbal and written
• Strong Interpersonal skills to liaise and work in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Good computer literacy
