Job summary

Geotechnics Ltd is seeking a proactive Product Support Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The role suits someone from product support, administration, or business analysis backgrounds and offers exposure to product management and software delivery within a geotechnical testing environment.

Based in Wellington or nearby locations, you will document requirements, manage Jira tickets, assist with UAT and releases, and help

Qualifications

• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to coordinate requests and track system improvements.
• Experience creating and managing Jira tickets through to completion.

• Ability to identify, record and verify defects.

• Capture and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
