Tower Insurance in Auckland seeks an experienced leader to shape and own our Product Owner Practice. You will build capability, set standards, and connect strategy to delivery, empowering Product Owners to drive customer and business outcomes.

In this role you will mentor teams, align quarterly and annual planning, and foster AI-enabled ways of working. We offer a competitive salary, flexible working, and a modern office in Auckland.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience across product ownership, product management, digital, technology or transformation.
• Proven experience coaching and developing Product Owners and building high-performing communities of practice.
• Deep knowledge of discovery, roadmaps, backlog management, prioritisation, value measurement and iterative delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow Tower’s Product Owner Practice, establishing clear standards and shared ways of working.
• Connect strategy with delivery, helping Product Owners prioritise and plan work around customer and business outcomes.
• Improve delivery flow by removing roadblocks, strengthening collaboration and embedding AI-enabled ways of working.
