CXO Capability Lead

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Capability Lead to drive enterprise-wide excellence among our Product Ownership (CXO) community through capability building initiatives and driving consistency and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capability Building:Develop and implement structured frameworks, resources and learning pathways to support the growth and performance of CXO (Product Owners) and CXLs (CXO Leads).
• Performance Tracking:Ensure consistency and measurable uplift in CXO effectiveness and maturity across the enterprise.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain excellent relationships by partnering with leadership teams to ensure CXO / CXL\'s are empowered and able to deliver business value.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and implement strategies to support and train individuals through fostering a community of excellence

• Previous success in coaching and driving capability uplift with the ability to build confidence and skill across a diverse group of individuals.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple business areas and levels
• Illustration of deep knowledge in agile delivery, particularly within a product/experience ownership environment.
