Job description

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team, working closely with software squads to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that provide real value to our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for your team, implementing a pragmatic delivery strategy focused on maximizing customer value, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with your team to define epics and user stories, ensuring thorough discussions and acceptance criteria to facilitate successful delivery.
  • Monitor and measure the success of product initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness in achieving targeted business objectives.
  • Actively promote Agile practices and advocate for continuous improvement within the team’s processes.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, responsibility, and quality across the team.
  • Present complex technical risks and opportunities in a clear, actionable manner to internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Identify and remove impediments to the team's success, escalating issues as necessary to secure additional support or resources.

Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Product Ownership with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
  • Strong experience with Agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in fostering continuous improvement within teams.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to timely delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Alignment with our company values and commitment to collaborative work.
