The Role
As Product Owner, you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of workplace technologies across the business. This hands-on role partners with IT, InfoSec, and Service Delivery to ensure secure, user-friendly platforms that drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the End User Platforms roadmap
• Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, intuitive solutions
• Prioritise features and technical improvements
• Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Stay ahead of modern workplace trends
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Solid knowledge of End User Computing (Windows/macOS, VDI)
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE)
• Microsoft 365 expertise (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Understanding of endpoint security, IAM, and basic networking
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Defender, SCCM, Splunk)
• (Bonus) Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in large enterprise environments preferred
