Re-Leased in New Zealand is seeking a Product Manager (Reporting & Credia AI) to own two squads, shaping the why, what and how for a hybrid role that blends product management and design. You’ll lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery, crafting flows, wireframes and prototypes, and you’ll apply AI-driven insights across research, drafting and prototyping.

You can work remotely from New Zealand or from our Auckland or Napier offices.

Qualifications

SaaS product management experience required.
Portfolio showing design work you personally designed and shipped.
Proficiency with AI-native design tooling (Claude Design/Artifacts) preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog for two squads, translating customer needs into clear work.
Act as product manager and designer—produce user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity screens and interactive prototypes.
Shape reporting/analytics capabilities with data models and trade‑offs in collaboration with Engineering/Data.
Extend Credia AI across the product, designing for probabilistic behaviour and user trust.
Conduct customer interviews and use product analytics to inform roadmap direction.
Write clear user stories and specs; defend design rationale to stakeholders.
