Tracksuit provides beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking that is easy to use compared with traditional methods. We analyze tens of thousands of surveys to understand what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors.

Are you our next Product Manager?

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Survey Product & Platform—the engine that powers Tracksuit’s mission to prove that great brands build great businesses. Brand measurement at Tracksuit is about shaping how modern brands grow and setting a global standard for how brand health is measured. This role sits at the core of Tracksuit’s growth journey by empowering us to achieve our ambitions and scale our impact.

You’ll be stepping into a pivotal moment: we’re accelerating our investment and impact on data quality, operational efficiency, and product innovation. As the PM, you’ll build experiences that make completing surveys simple and engaging, while ensuring we capture high-quality data and deliver this in a scalable and cost-efficient way. This high-visibility role shapes a critical pillar of the business and works closely with an incredible team to build survey experiences and platform capabilities connected to data quality, operational scale, and user trust.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product vision for Tracksuit's survey product and platform, balancing operational excellence with data innovation
  • Lead a product team focused on survey content and respondent experience (data collected) and survey platform experience (data collection)
  • Partner with Research, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape survey methodology and capabilities
  • Make critical trade-offs between speed vs. quality, automation vs. flexibility, scale vs. customization
  • Survey Innovation: Evolve content to meet market needs while maximizing respondent engagement and data value
  • Respondent Experience: Drive improvements in engagement metrics through UX, content structure, and interaction patterns
  • Business Growth – Sample Runway: Scale into more granular regions and new markets with representative, high-quality respondents
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Reduce fraud, improve sampling quality, and minimize measurement error
  • Operational Efficiency: Decrease time to deploy and fieldwork time while expanding regional coverage
Problems you’ll help solve
  • How to design survey content that maximizes engagement and data value
  • Systematically test and improve the respondent experience to increase engagement and response quality
  • Source respondents for increasingly granular segments across expanding geographies
  • Deploy surveys faster without sacrificing quality
  • Build platforms that scale with growth while maintaining world-class data quality
About you
  • Product management experience: Ability to translate broad goals into strategy and roadmap
  • Curiosity about the technology: Partner effectively with engineers on API design, system architecture, and automation
  • Data-driven to your core: Use metrics to guide decisions, design experiments, and measure impact
  • Track record of leading through influence: Coordinate across teams without direct authority
  • Systems thinker: See how components connect and design for long-term scalability
  • Clarity over consensus: Make difficult decisions and explain the rationale
  • Bias to action: Ship iteratively, learn fast, and move with ambiguity
  • Outcome-obsessed: Focus on customer and business impact, not just outputs
  • Learning focused: Enjoy testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and iterating to refine product-market fit
  • Master the details: Build confidence by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Collaborative leader: Build trust across functions and elevate teams
  • Comfortable with complexity: Manage multiple moving pieces and interdependencies
  • Nice to have: Experience in market research, survey methodology, or data quality domains; evidence of improving engagement metrics through testing; hands-on survey platform experience (Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
Compensation and benefits
  • $140,000 - $180,000 a year
  • We practice transparent compensation with fair compensation and best-in-class benefits, plus generous ESOP
