Job summary

Beyond Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of customer-facing digital platforms, websites and services in Auckland. This is an initial 3–6 month contract based in Auckland CBD with hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead and prioritise a portfolio-level product roadmap, align customer outcomes with business priorities, and support a major online transaction platform migration while shaping the future product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management or Portfolio PM experience.
• Experience managing product roadmaps across multiple products, systems and delivery teams.
• Strong customer/outcome-focused mindset.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with business cases and prioritisation in investment decisions.

You will bring:

• Strong Senior Product Management or Portfolio Product Management experience.
• Experience managing product roadmaps across multiple products, systems and delivery teams.
• A strong customer and outcome-focused mindset.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience with business cases, investment decisions and prioritisation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and driving initiatives forward.
