About the opportunity

Our Infant Care product group is on a mission to transform respiratory support for neonates and infants worldwide. With a deep understanding of the respiratory care continuum from the very first breath - we’re focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for our tiniest patients.

We’re looking for an experienced engineer to help us support our successful Infant CPAP portfolio, which treats babies all over the world. You’ll play a key role in the full product lifecycle—from design inputs to validation—ensuring our solutions remain accessible, minimally invasive and clinically impactful.

About you - you will have

  • A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience across product development, operations, or quality engineering
  • Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks or a willingness to extend your skills and knowledge to include those areas
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning
